How it works
Snowglow hangs from the top, not around the tree. Drop the ring over the tip, let the 400 lights fall down the branches, plug in the USB and open the app. Every light is controlled on its own, so a pattern can sweep from the star all the way to the floor. Pick one of the ready-made looks, or draw your own on the 20x20 grid and watch it appear on the tree.

Shipping & returns
Snowglow orders leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days and reach you in 5-9 business days. Order by December 12 to have it on the tree for Christmas. If it is not what you hoped for, send it back within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund.

Does it work on the tree I already have?
Yes. Snowglow is not a tree, it is the lights. It sits on any tree between 5 and 7.5 feet, real or artificial, lit or unlit. Plenty of people use it to rescue a pre-lit tree whose old lights have started dropping out.
Is it safe to leave on with kids around?
It runs on 5V through a USB plug, not mains voltage, and the lights stay cool to the touch. The string is rated IP65, so it handles a porch or a window as well as a living room. Outdoors, keep the USB connector covered.
Which size should I choose?
The 6 ft set covers trees from 5 to 6.5 feet, the 7 ft set covers 6.5 to 7.5 feet. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one: extra length tucks into the branches, missing length shows.
How long does it take to set up?
About ten minutes, once you know the trick: place the ring on the tip first, then unbundle the strands one by one as you let them fall. Unravelling the whole thing before it is on the tree is what creates a tangle.
Do I need wifi, and how do I store it?
No wifi. The app connects over Bluetooth on iOS and Android, and the remote works on its own if you would rather not use a phone. In January, lift the ring off the tip and let the strands gather under it - they come off in one piece and go back in the box the same way.
What if I don't like Snowglow?
Send it back within 30 days and we replace it or refund you in full. No photos to send, no forms to fill. Write to contact@thesnowglow.com and we take it from there.
